too bad they don't take donations yet...
Skate 4 Cancer
i really wish i could meet some old very rich person and help them give away all their money. i would LOVE to be an honorary philanthropist. i would get gift cards from the grocery store and give it to the homeless. and buy tons of new underwear and socks and give it to the shelters (it is their #1 need sometimes.) and set up college trust funds to underprivileged kids that get good grades. and pay off medical bills for people. and pay for childcare for single moms. and give them a day at a spa to be pampered. and a million other things.
i can do a few of those things all by myself. i can "pay it forward" and hopefully it can start small chain reactions. so i challenge you all to go do something every week that helps someone you don't know. paying for the person behind you in the drive thru. or buying a $10 gift card at the grocery store and give it to someone that is begging for money. or donating canned food and clothing to a women's shelter. there is alot that can be done without much effort.
sounds good, doesn't it?
