long overdue

it had to be done sooner or later. i cut hayden's hair for the first time. he had this big chunk of hair that just kept getting all tangled, and i was tired of trying to comb it out. no matter how much conditioner or no-more-tangles spray i used, it kept coming back. so now it's gone. he looks like a totally different kid. i think there was more hair on his head when he was born than there is now. but he's still cute!
