JUST KIDDING!!!!

so i hope you all don't hate me too much, but there is
NO WAY i would EVER go to buffalo, new york. do you guys think we are crazy???
allright, the winners are darren, emily, brenley and brynne.
it is seattle. i can't believe how you ALL guessed it! too funny. but lizzie will get brownies too, just for playing.
it's about 90% sure that it's happening. it will be set in stone once aaron signs papers next week.
so we should be there by the 2nd week of september. we haven't figured out where we will live yet, but probably bellevue area or farther east. my aunt lives in north bend which is about 35 minutes east of bellevue. aaron has never been up there- the farthest north he's been is portland- but he is really excited. and i am too. i think that i will have withdrawls big time for the desert, and start daydreaming about it (like brynne and hawaii), but it is the best move for our family. winter will certainly be tough, but somehow i'll get through it. and gavin doesn't do very well in the sun. he gets very hot, very fast, so it will be really good for him. it's just a better environment to raise kids. but honestly i never thought i would move back to the northwest. i'm just a southern california girl, but at least i can come visit. so i guess i'll be personally delivering darren's cookies, so you will have to email me your address so that can happen, probably in late september. and brynne and lizzie, i need your address too.

What? Are you kidding me???? So siding with Darren was my good luck charm! Who knew?! I'm so excited that you'll be back in the northwest. Phew! Welcome home my friend (although you probably think Cali is YOUR place)!

Baked Brownies....come to mama! And they had better be from scratch! No boxed goods from the pastry chef. That would be a sin!

I was just telling Bryce, that a funny little trick like that is soo you. You were always good at bluffing!

Yay! I am so excited that you are going to be in the northwest. I am sure the weather will be something to get used to, but I bet you will fall in love with it! And how fun for you to be so close to Darren.

WOW!!! Sorry I didn't respond earlier (as you know HP7 came out =) So I'm the only loner who was completely wrong eh? Thanks for taking pity on me and including me in on the winnings. Congrats again on the move! I can't imagine going back to the rain, however I understand the raising your kids thing. Shad and I debated over that for the first 5 years we were here. We actually wanted to raise our kids somewhere else, so much that he applied for a job in Idaho Falls, got the job (actually a pharm rep), but when we prayed about it, we got the answer to stay here. That was 2 years ago, and since then we've accepted we are staying here and loved it ever since. I am happy for you that you get to move somewhere more family friendly. Anyhow, when's the next time you're coming down this way? This week? Let's get together. Maybe you could come over and we could swim??

This is such great news! I hope for our sake that you live as close as possible to Seattle. We would love to hang out with you guys and our boys could be friends. Winter is kinda rough around here, but the summers are totally worth it.
